McGee Street Animal Hospital

My mother and I couldn't ask for a better place to take our fur babies than to McGee Street Animal Hospital.

This is the cleanest place I have been to. There is no animal smell when you walk in and everything looks great. I feel comfortable bringing my pet here for care.

We have used McGee Street Animal Hospital for the past 11 years. Dr. Emmett is such a caring vet, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I enjoy going to McGee street Animal Hospital. They are all friendly and remember my animals, they treat them with kindness and respect.

McGee street is the place to go to take your animal if you really want the absolute best care for them. They even have a treadmill for the pups!

I've had a few sick animals in the past and Mcgee street has always taken care of us and made sure we were okay.

I take my dogs there for boarding, surgery, monthly checks, and grooming. I was not happy with my previous vet as they did not offer grooming and they are extremely overpriced.

McGee Street Animal Hospital is very knowledgeable and they listen to you.

Love Love Love this place. Everybody was so kind. We brought our new husky puppy here and was more than comfortable with the staff and environment. Loved dr white and our technician was so sweet. They both answered every question we had. We will be bringing both of our huskys here from now on.

We just moved to the area and one of our dogs got really sick basically overnight. On a whim (and

because they had an opening) I took him in to the clinic where Dr. White and the other staff were really wonderful. Everything was back to normal quickly!

The vet and staff here are remarkable. I've been coming here for many years and have always received the highest level of service. Keep up the great work!

The staff is the best in the area. They are kind, caring, and passionate about working with animals. They keep me comfortable if they have to work on my pets and I know I can always trust them to help.

I just wanted to say that I have the best experiences at McGee Street Animal Hospital. Like taking kids to a pediatrician, my sweet dog sometimes would get a little nervous in a place not so familiar, but McGee Street always makes him feel right at home! All the staff are sweet and pleasant and you can just tell they love animals and not only provide medical care, they are genuine in caring about my pet's well-being and happiness. There is one technician (I think her name is Taylor?)....that has always been so sweet and my dog loves her! I've read some of the other reviews and hate to say that yes, ANY business has to make profit, ANY business has rules, regulations and processes, sometimes in grief we as humans can let our emotions possibly overshadow reason...... bad things can happen when an animal is really sick, but I know that if something happened to my dog while at McGee, I have no doubt the staff would do everything in their power to help and save my baby. With people like like those at McGee Street Animal Hospital, I feel blessed to know my baby is taken care of just like I would care for him! Says something for a vet when your dog comes out wagging his tale and him wanting to love on all the staff before he goes!

My poor dog got sprayed directly in the face by a skunk this morning and was in obvious pain. I called McGee St. Animal Clinic and they told me to bring her right in. They boarded her all day while I was at work and bathed her three times! When I went to pick her up she was playing outside with the vet's dog and smelled great; my dog is a very grumpy dog at the vet normally but she came out smiling and tail wagging. I expected to pay close to $50 for being able to drop her off at the last minute, boarding, and for the three baths. They only charged me $18---I almost fainted. I will be taking her there (this is not her normal vet) from now on. GREAT JOB!

I have taken my three dogs to McGee St. Animal Hospital since Dr. Emmert has been in Norman. My dogs are our "babies" and we are very particular about our veterinarian. The staff at this clinic are very warm and personable--my dogs just love them. I will always trust them with the health and well-being of our dogs. I would highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone who considers their pet a loving member of the family.
