        Takes advantage of women??

        By Juli Dodson--They double charged me for labor, didn't readily offer the special price listed on their own web page and marked up the parts cost more than 60%. I will NEVER recommend this place and plan to litter the web with negative reviews.

        Friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable

        I have been a customer of this Firestone store for approximately 7 years. They have always been extremely professional and very knowledgable. I have bought all my tires from here and have had all the necessary maintenance and repairs done on my vehicles by their qualified mechanics. In ever situation, they have completely statisfied all my mechanical needs. The manager (Ken) will go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is safe and mechanically sound without ever trying to push any unnecessary issues. If there is a questionable part,belt or hose that may need to be replaced shortly, he will bring it to your attention and personally show you the issue.

        I would not recommend going he...

        I would not recommend going here. I recently got expensive new tires here with a 50,000 mile warrenty (which I thought was great). I have only gone 3,000 miles and there is a nail in it. When I went by there to get a new one, they said they were too busy to look at it and were very rude. They made up excuses saying they were booked up all day but the bussiness was emtpy and so was the parking lot. It takes 2 sec to look at a tire. It seems like they want the extra money for your warrenty but wont follow through with it if you actually need it. Absolutely would not recommend.
