Nasty, Nasty, Nasty

Me an my family stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms stank so bad, an we had nasty old bad blankets. The so called top comforter was nasty feeling, stinks, the rooms are old an nonthing works. Management was awful, barley spoke English, an charged my credit card after i checked out for something so cheap a blanket, i got my money back, but it's still the matter of it, an i wouldn't want a nasty old blanket from that place anyway. Yes the owner is rude.!!! I'm going back to Norman, Ok in April an I've chosen a different motel.

This hotel is clean and quiet ...

This hotel is clean and quiet and your car is safe. Close to resturants and other things to enjoy. The neighborhood around the hotel is clean and quiet and safe.

Do NOT stay here!

Do NOT stay here! I booked this hotel through AAA to visit a friend, thought it would be okay for 3 nights. WRONG. Thursday, we checked in. Girl at the front desk was nice and had us paid and room keyed in 5 minutes. The carpet's old, stale smell was too much. My friend's comforter had white stains on top of it. Bathroom was OK aside from a brown-yellowish stain in the tub and a hole punched in the back of the door. Friday, I was dyeing my hair when I saw something crawling into my friend's luggage. I thought it was harmless but called the front desk for assistance. The clerk that answered was the same one who checked us in. She told me they had "never had a problem with [roaches] before" and that she was currently checking someone in and would be there asap. She arrives and I tell her I saw the bug crawling in and figured it was still inside the suitcase. She asks, "So, what do you want to do?" What do you mean?! She suggested bug spray from the front desk (you would think she would have brought it with the firsttime). We spray the critter and IT WAS A ROACH. I've never seen them so I wasn't sure but my friends confirmed that. If there is 1, there are more. Probably in the walls of this place. While my friends were gathering our stuff, I call the front desk again. A different woman answered the phone and I told her it was a roach and I refuse to stay. She offered a change of room but why the hell would I?! She also tried to convince me that A. They were the only hotel with open rooms and that B. It was a "water roach" and they have them here when it gets wet. I am not a fool - it is a COCKROACH. Needless to say, I found another hotel in OKC. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

Worst Customer Service

Got reservations through Choice privileges and when I showed up they had the old 1960's carbon credit card reader that could not get the numbers to print on a brand new Chase SLATE! Then they proceeded to make fun of my card and called the owner and he also was extremely rude!! Would not recommend this hotel to any one! Be smart and stay away!

Worse customer service EVER!!

They are so out dated they use an OLD 1960's carbon card imprinter! It can not imprint new credit cards, so the staff proceeded to get VERY rude! then called the owner and HABEEB got rude also! If they can not get a credit card reader than think of how they can not afford to do any updates to the rooms! This place is OLD and a Huge WAIST of money!!

You get what you pay for

I should have known that such an inexpensive rate would probably mean a less than desirable room. It was very small. The heater was some unit attached to one wall that did not heat up the room at all. I gave it several hours and decided to see if I could look at another room hoping it had a better unit. That heater was worse! I asked what is the policy for people who have checked in and realize this is not an adequate place to stay. "We don't give refunds" was the response. Sigh. Well, it was only for one night I told myself. I would not recommend this hotel.
