City Plumbing Heating & Air

My previous experiences with City Plumbing involved them cleaning up some wiring problems that another, larger company had caused.

Right before Memorial Day weekend we had a tenant lose air conditioning. They had plans for Thunder game parties and generally needed air conditioning. There were issues which were going to prevent an immediate fix (e.g. heat pump, electrical).

Kevin told me he would be out Saturday morning. Instead he he came late Friday night and worked out something temporary that would get them by through the weekend. This will allow him to approach the problem with more vendor support during normal business hours during the week. He promised one thing and delivered something better.

Although these issues can be difficult to work through, I trust City Plumbing to fix it correctly and tell me when something isn't done right.

This was the first time that I used their service based on a recommendation from a friend. I was very happy with their work (Jack, in particular, who came to fixed my problem). He was highly professional and experienced (with a sense of humor, too). He quickly identified the problem and fixed it in no time. I will certainly use their service again in the future.

City Plumbing Heating and Air in Norman are great. Something was wrong with my disposal the plumber fixed it and showed me how to do what he had just done to "Save yourself 85 dollars next time". This is my third of three positive experiences using them.

The service is fast and friendly. They take time to explain what is going on and make recomdations what to do to help prevent a problem. I will use City for my plumbing needs.
