Network Alarm is great. I have been with them for 5 years and their service is dependable and reasonably priced. Like ALL alarm companies, they demand you sign a contract for service and monitoring, but I'm paying to protect my family and a few bucks a month is not too much, so even this "downside" is more than acceptable. I recently had my system upgraded and was reminded how professional and pleasant their staff is. Our technician took the time to explain what he was doing, how long it would take, and to ensure I understood how to use our changed security system. He was good in the house, good with my family and a very nice guy. I would HIGHLY recommend Network Alarm.

I was a client for 4.4 years. They are not the least expensive monitoring service (for a given set of capabilities), so shop around if price is important to you. They automatically renew you without notification (the bills appear to be month by month), so if you decide to stop their service after the initial contract (my initial contract was three years) they will, by default, bill you until the next anniversary of your contract. However, after expressing my opinion on that policy, and then a few days more, they did the right thing and terminated the billing at the end of the month that I requested the service stop (rather than seven months from now).
I called Network Alarm Services because I was having problems with my security system. They handled the call, and sent out a technician to resolve the issue. I called Network Alarm Services after the issue was resolved because I wanted to commend Julie and Stephanie and to give them a ‘pat on the back’ for all of their valuable assistance. I also praised Mike T, their technician, for being very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for having great customer service.
