This is the place to go for sushi in Norfolk. Great prices, great service and the quality of their fish is excellent too. I've been going here for over a year now, which is pretty much since it opened. The atmosphere is very casual and welcoming. They appreciate return customers. One of the best things about this place, and something that it makes it unique, is the art that the chefs create on their sushi plates. They paint dragons and fish using eel and wasabi sauce, which always look awesome. Their shrimp tempura rolls are awesome too because they don't use those pea snaps. The Ooka roll is one of the best special rolls. They also have green tea and red bean ice cream. The Lunch special is (12-3 I believe) an excellent time to come, making this one of the best, and most affordable sushi lunch-time experiences in Norfolk.
I LOVE THIS PLACE, I ALWAYS HAVE! I USED TO LIVE DOWN THE STREET FROM IT, AND WENT THERE ALL THE TIME. THE SUSHI AND THE HIBACHI IS FANTASTIC. THE S…
My husband and I went here for lunch. It was very clean, had modern decor, and great service. They have a box lunch special (great deal) around 6-7 dollars. We ordered individually and the staff was very helpful in explaining what we were ordering. The food was great. It is located next to Party City in a shopping center so from the road you won't see it. I will be going back soon!
Over the last couple of years we have eaten at this restaurant and have always been surprised with the service and the food. The last time we were we spent almost two hours, but the staff never rushed us and we had some of the best sushi I have had in a long time even when in Japan.
