I'm a long time OV resident and love some chanello's now and then. the quality of the pizza hasn't changed since I was a kid (which could be good or bad depending how you look at it). personally I like the white pizzas they have. last time I ordered a pizza from here, the driver drove past my house and took my order all the way to VA Beach! I live literally 5 minutes away from the east OV location. I was upset, but the pizza was still hot and delicious when he got to my house so all was forgiven (not a big tip for him though). all in all, not the best slice in norfolk (or even in OV)by a mile, but they have been consistently good for at least 12 years and have always been supportive of out armed forces community in the area. try it once or twice.
I recently visited Sobo Pizza Kitchen and Ale House to get a quick bite before an ODU basketball game. I gotta tell you I couldn't have picked a better place, I ordered the yepper calzone and it was delicious! The service I received was top notch as well. I was greeted with a hello, welcome to Sobo right as I walked through the door, and had my choice of seating, which right away made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning and also recommending to my friends and family as well. Good job.
i went to the cici's in norfolk on va beach blvd with a group of coworkers i am usually pleased with the service and food but this past week i went in an a pregnant worker named rebecca was terribly rude..i do not know if it is the pregnancy but if it is she needs to be put on maternity leave..i hate to have to take our lunchoen meetings elsewhere but i will if i have to deal with such un professional behavior..
