Extremely kind, courteous and helpful staff and a very neatly maintained facility! The people working at this place are fantastic! TY for your help.

Condition of my unit was good - very clean. Price per month was not bad - very close to what other places are charging for a similar unit. Staff was more than helpful...no complaints there. One suggestion would be to change your office hours if possible or at least longer access to units. TY

This is our companies 2nd time using jack rabbit for storage. They are fast, friendly, helpful and offer specials on the first move in. We do plan using them again...we've had nothing but success so far with them!

jack rabbit self storage at hampton blvd. I have used these guys on and off for many years. The people are always helpful and friendly. They'll often help me pick out the best size space for my need at the time. The place is always clean. They have a couple of places close to the base so it's easy to get on and off..and a moving truck is available if you need one. I just want to say thanks for the helping me out. J Kauff.

Martha worked the desk the two times I stopped by. She told me my options, recommended certain spaces for what I was storing, and offered the free truck. She let me in to see the storage places she had listed. I saw 2 units, indoors, very clean and dry. Came back to do the paperwork, quick and painless. She told me everything upfront, doesn't suger coat. The day I needed the truck I was fortunate enough for one to be available. Pretty standard, bring it back full, after 25 miles its $.75 a mile charge. I went 27 miles, gas cost me $15, and to contract I will pay another $1.50 for the 2 miles over. She even offered us a bottle of water(no charge) because we had to wait for the bumper to be touched up with paint which took maybe one minute. 10x10 storage $110 a month, truck cost a total of $19 gas included, get hospitality. Martha seems very motherly, firm and kind. Highly recommended.

The staff is great and were so helpful. Because I'd never stored anything before they gave a lot of great tips and even a brochure that gave me more. I did take up the offer of the free truck. Im only giving 4 stars because the truck wasn't availble the day I rented my unit. The place was huge but was so clean and the gate hours were more then sufficient for me to come and go. I have already recommended the place to my friends-terrific service!!
