Very good and ethical business. Top notch technicians. satisfied with work

This business is bad. I drop off a TV with this company and they took forever to fix. I call for an update on my TV and they never know where the parts are or when the TV will get fix. I strongly recommend you go with someone else besides this company they are not worth your money.

This company is HORRIBLE. I work for a retail company that has been using this company for over 2 years and we found someone else to do our work. We only went to them for a particular few brands of tv's because our other service center couldn't work on them. We would drop stuff off and then not hear back from them for months. The average time that they have our merchandise is at least 2 to 3 months. The only time we talk to them is when we call them and then they can never find our records and don't know when the repair will be done or they've "forgotten" to order the parts for the repair. I don't reccomend them to anyone. It's gotten so bad that my company has gone to using another place and just paying them for the work to be done out of warranty so we can get around using Cardinal. The employees are also very rude. I very much reccommend AVSC instead. I hope this helps anyone looking for service on their electronics.
