If you to schedule an MRI, Nuclear Medicine study or CT please allow our office 5 to 7 business days to obtain authorization from your insurance company. Insurance Companies require medical records from your physician and be reviewed by the Insurance Company’s medical staff before an authorization is obtained.
Radiology
We expect, as does your insurance company, that you will pay your copay at the time of your service. It is your responsibility to know if lab work and/or radiology procedures require a copay.
