Indian Trail Apartments

If you are nasty & don't mind roaches everywhere in your home RENT HERE! I was living in Virginia and came to Atl to visit and find a 3bdrm apt. Came across this place and Janet took us into a 1bdrm unit to show us a video of the 3bdrm apt because it wasn't vacant to show. Needless to say we fell in love with the floor plan and big space! We immediately applied and was told we were approved and moving in in 60 days. The day before we are supposed to move in we get a call from Janet stating she saw just 3 roaches in the apt dead. We didn't want to move from not having any pest to some and was upset to hear last minute about this. The next day when we arrived she took us to the apt and as soon as we entered there were roaches everywhere. In every room!! Crawling around as if they were paying rent! The nasty dirty kind and even worse little babies crawling around everywhere. In the corners of the walls, under the sinks, door post, etc.... There was roach eggs inside the cabinets. The bigger roaches were in the door hinges and Janet had the nerve to brush one off of the wall and smashed it into the newly done carpet where we would have small babies crawling around!! Once we got into the kitchen she was asked didn't u say u saw 3 yesterday? But u said they were dead right? and her response was "aaaaahhh, kind of" while moving her hand motioning "sort of". She then stated go to Walmart and get some combat and demonstrated how and where to put it!!.... Point blank she lied to us the day before about seeing them dead! No bug is kind of dead!! It is or it isn't.... We felt stuck and no1 helped at all!!!! Maria and Janet didn't try to help only thing we were told was we can give you your $200 back! I asked for Property manger # and was told she didn't have one, only an email. Then Maria stated she wasn't coming in and then she was but she would be in a meeting. I asked for District manger # and she didn't respond.... Note for 2months we hadn't looked anywhere else because this was our home or so we thought! Not only did we not get any help from anyone but we had to return our uhaul that same day!! Thank you Indian Trail apartments for really screwing us that day & the last 2months!!!! DONT RENT FROM THIS CARELESS TEAM unless u like roaches everywhere!

I can honestly say that I was very pleased with the apartment as a whole, the carpet was new, the paint was fresh. and Daniel was by far the best. He made sure we were pleased with everything and he stayed in contact from start to finish. I would recommend him to all of my friends an family..Again Thanks for everything Daniel

I don't know who wrote these FANTASY reviews but this place is ANYTHING but. I have been here 2 1/2 years. The neighborhood and the staff weren't so bad at first, but from the day we moved in I had problems with the AC, and had to wait all weekend for it to be fixed. Even then it was just a patch job, and we had to place a work order every other week to get it patched again. For almost a year there has been a HUGE roach Infestation. And there is MOLD in my bathroom. I was told by maintenence that isnt. The carpet is cheap, and the foundation in the great crown molding is cracking. That's how the roaches get in. The staff is sub part except Stacy. The worst is the manager ALI. SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! !! I'm glad I'm moving bexcuse she threatened to terminate my lease when I called her out on her unprofessionalism.

I disagree with the other reveiw lived there for 3 yrs or 4 yrs that were free they are now trying to charge such as the pool, trash and nw they want to go up on the rent like $80. The roach problem is bad I had to be on pest control forever to get rid of them. Since the new management came there my friend she had to wait 10days before her air got fixed it is rediculous.
