Hopelessly poor! Service appointments are ignored or forgotten. Phone reps care little, respond marginally, and often don't follow through as promised. I spent three months trying to arrange a rental for an overseas portable unit that I was told was readily available and then was told at the last minute the company could not supply the equipment, leaving me to buy a last minute expensive unit. I spent a year trying to cancel the service altogether, was repeatedly billed despite finally getting the cancellation, and never could get anyone to honor their repeated appointments and promises to pick up the equipment. Buy your own equipment is my advice, or at least go to another company.
