David's Gun Room

This was the best experience I have had in a long time. Mike and Steve were just awesome. Actually so was the Lady and Young Man whom also helped. The information they gave me will stick with me for life. They really know what they are talking about. The location wasnt hard to find. The prices where very doable. But the over all customer service was priceless. Yall better stop playing and go get whatever you need from them because they treated me like family.

The customer service here is horrible. I was asking to see a gun and the staff completely ignored me. One guy was literally RIGHT in front of me. He turns away and starts talking to his co worker. Is this eveb a business?

I have purchased many guns over the last 8 years from David's gun room. The staff is very helpful, and knowledgable. When looking to make a new purchase I stop here first.

Worst gun store I've ever dealt with. Purchased gun on gunbroker. They shipped the wrong pistol. Almost a month has past. No refund, no answers. They seem to care more about gouging the recent sales boom than customer service.

Dave's gunroom sucks. My wife purchased a 50cal for me for Christmas and had it shipped to Dave's. They refused to release it to her and said that there was no way the rifle was for her. She told them she had gotten it for me for Christmas and they still refused. I had to go in to pick it up and they gave me a hard time about it. I showed them my badge and they didn't care. ******NOTE*******While their sales and customer service suck, their gun smithing is SPOT ON!!!. I have yet to find a shop that can do a better job on the smithing. Their prices on guns and accessories are very high but their smithing is more than reasonable. If you don't mind the customer service and need some work done on a weapon, Daves is the place to go. If you just want to purchase a weapon then you can find better deals out there.

Don't waste your time and money in this place. All employees seem to have an opinion about guns without caring about your needs. They do not offer expert advice nor do they have product knowledge. This place has disgruntled employees that treat you rudely. The owners including his wife don't care about customer service or satisfaction. They don't have professional business practices and many unethical policies. The folks that work here don't need to be around guns. Avoid this place and shop elsewhere!!

Lousy customer service. Bought two suppressors on the same day. Got one several months later. More than a year later I am still waiting for the second. They have done little or nothing to remedy the problem. Worse, they do not take my calls or return my calls. They simply do not care.

Do not expect any kind of deal from this place. The woman that manages it (David's wife?) will not budge on price, even a penny. The only reason I bought the gun I did from them was because I couldn't find it anywhere else, and several other stores said their distributors did not have it or could not order it due to not being manufactured any more. I couldn't even get a box of ammo thrown in with it. Otherwise, selection is okay, and they had a lot of accessories. Mostly knowledgeable about what they sell. Dale was a friendly guy, and after seeing examples of his work, I will use him for any refinishing needs I have, even if he still works at David's Gun Room.

I have purchased a firearm from Davids Gun room and had a wonderfull experiance. That was my experiance. Late at night I had been researching a new handgun that I was interested in so I went to their web site and decided to drop them an e-mail asking a question about a certain handgun after 1 week no response due to my first experiance I deceided to give it another try yet 1 more week went past and no response at this point I was wondering why they have bothered to have an e-mail address if they did not bother to respond. After some carefull thought I decided if I was to run a business and not return customer e-mails then I did not deserve their business. So I took my own advise and made my purchase elseware. Not wanting to completely give up on Davids gun room I choose to call them and let them know I was disappointed and the response I got was that only one person checks them and we are a small business so the person did not have time to check them. Not one apology the gentleman acted like he could care less. To say the least I am now very disappointed with their customer service. If the gentleman would have said "Hey sorry about that let me get your name and number and we will look into this" I would have been happy.

I have relied on David's Gun Room for many years for ammo and supplies for reloading & cleaning, as well as using their gunsmithing services a time or two. I have re-stocked my own shelves for stock refinishing, bluing, as well as muzzleloading supplies. Most importantly, I have been made welcome each time I go there. I don't need to travel any further!
