Please ensure you stay on top of your billing. I am in a nightmare as a result of poor business practices from this group. I only received one notice in which I called immediately as I had valid insurance and paid the co-pay at the time of service. I asked for a callback for any issues. No callback. The next notification was a collection agency. Numerous calls were made to the manager who will remain nameless as the relationship to the dr would be recognized and the one miraculous encourter was very unprofessional on her part. My insurance company stated it was never filed and now the time has expired. To date, I have not received anything in writing to confirm I am not responsible for the remainder of the billing. I have had better dealings with the collection agency-who would have thought! I will be filing a BBB claim next as this is uncalled for. I had a family member have the same experience and fought weeks to get her money back. However, the dr is very courteous.
