We had a water leak in our home and had to leave while it was getting fixed. We have 3 kids and were happy there was an indoor pool and open till 10pm since it was march and still rather cold outside from checkin to checkout the staff was wonderful the kids loved the breakfast and everyone was so nice I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel to have a night away from the house.. When I went to check in I was informed that I had 2 rooms reserved in my room. I had to tell her that I only had one room. She said it would be cancelled..Later that night we were told that all children under 18 had to be out of the pool by 8pm. At 8:30 when we went down to the pool there were a least 5 kids in the pool under the age of 15.. This would not have been a problem had we not been told they had to be out and the fact that the pool is so small.. So we went back to our room to watch TV and work on our laptops. The TV hummed so loud we couldn't even hear the program that was on and the wireless internet wasn't working. We called the front desk and explained what was going on. The wireless was fixed in about 20 minutes, but nothing was said or done about the tv. Later that night between 10:30 and 11 we were laying in bed and the dog in the room across the hall started barking. He just kept barking none stop. I assume no one was in the room with it. After about 30 minutes of none stop barking we called the front desk. The lady said she was make sure she made more frequent hall walks. About 15 minutes later the front desk called the room to tell us that when she walked the halls she didn't hear anything therefor couldn't do anything. All night long the dog would bark for 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there and nothing was ever done about it. That morning when I went to check out there was no one behind the desk so I stood there for 10 minutes. The guy that was in front of me had been standing there for 10-15 minutes before me. Finally she came to the counter and had some excuse about she had some really huge drink before she got to work and that was the first time she had been able to go to the restroom. On top of waiting for 10 minutes she looked sloppy. Her shirt was very unkept and looked like it hadnt been washed in a week. When I got home and checked my bank account I had been charged for BOTH rooms I called the hotel and there was no man. there to help me so I was given his name and told to call back on Monday. I called Monday afternoon and talk to him and let him know how unhappy I was with everything and about the dbl charges. He said he would look into it and call me back later that afternoon. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I called again Tuesday and AGAIN was told he was not there and asked if I would like to leave a message. I left one. I called AGAIN today ( Thursday ) and YET AGAIN was told he wasn't there. This time I got the customer care number and called them. They reassured me everything would be taken care of in 7 days. Needless to say I WILL NEVER AGAIN stay at this hotel and I will tell everyone how horrible it and it's staff are.
