Didn't get my funeral order...finally got something thrown together at last minute.awful was totally embarrassed.I would tell anyone avoid this business at all.I've given them several trys this was the final breaking point.

Wilted flowers, horrible customer service.

I have ordered flowers from this shop for 3 years. Always great arrangements for whatever event I was sending my mother.

Mother's Day 2013. Adrienne's delivered an arrangement to my mom's house. Looked like the flowers were dead and the filler was dead grass pulled from a yard.

Called and asked for another arrangement. Nothing. Called and a requested a refund. Nothing. Sent 2 emails and NOTHING!

Horrible Customer Service!!!

Will never order flowers again from Adriene's!!!

Kroger's has better reviews!! Figure that one out!!

Absolutely GOD AWFUL service! I received a message on Friday at 5 p.m. that I had a floral arrangement delivered to my home and it was left on my doorstep. I was graduating nursing school and the arrangement was sent from my mother in law and supposed to arrive by noon before my pinning...it was supposedly left at 450pm according to the voicemail. THERE WAS NEVER a delivery to my home. Essentially they charged my mother in law for flowers that were never left (good thing I knew about it or I would look like a real jerk not thanking her) and then acted like they did nothing wrong. I called to ask about them and was brushed off by an answering service with no return call. I wish my MIL could have read the reviews for this place first, since I just did and now I'm not surprised. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered flowers from FTD.com for my wife for Valentines Day to be delivered to her place of work. The arrangement was to have 11 stem roses in a red heart shaped vase. Well, the vase came as order, the flowers did not. Instead it only had 5 stem roses and some mini roses and the arrangement was MUCH smaller than ordered. My wife called Adriene's to resolve the matter. The owner told her he didn't make any money from FTD.com orders so he makes up the difference in the size and amount in the arrangement. He also said "If your husband wants you to have nice flowers he needs to come in the store and buy them." Only after a second call the following day did he agree to send a replacement flower arrangement. It never came. I will be taking my flower business somewhere else.

This is my favorite florist and they are always very helpful. They have the freshest flowers I never have a problem with them I have bought of them for several years. The only time I received some roses that got wilty and they replaced them for me will no problems. I am very happy with there work. They have always come through for me. I had a friend's daughter getting married and when she picked up her brides bokay from another florist it was awful!!! I called Adrienes at the last moment and ask if they could make a new brides bokay at that late date....and they said no problem!!! It was beautiful and made my friend and her daughter stop crying over the ruined wedding. It was jsut a very small wedding but it was important to us. and the qwner of Adrienes understood this. Adrienes Flowers gets A+++ in my book.
