I figured i would call first to set up an appointment for repair as they are a few weeks out on repair which is fine. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and short. When told "a few weeks out" and i would just have to leave the boat there and they would get to it, is terrible service. No I do not want to leave my boat outside "for a few weeks" when I have covered storage now. Set an appointment even three to four weeks out and I can drop it off then. Was promptly hung up on after saying I don't want to just leave it there. Way to earn customers!
