I have never been as compelled to write a review about a business until now. I had trouble with an item and tried to return it. The manager, Michelle, refused to give me a refund but offered store credit. I didn't take the store credit at that time but decided to give the product another try. Several weeks later I came back and then she refused store credit as well. Instead of offering solutions I was made to feel that I was being accused of ill doing or being discriminated against. As a consumer I have never been treated so rudely. The customer service at the Sally's in Niles, Ohio clearly needs improvement. I still have my items but only because an associate at another location showed genuine concern by explaining how to use them. She suggested other items that I needed in order for this item to do what it was intended. The staff at the Niles location can use a lesson in customer service from the associates at the Boardman location. Shame on them for treating customers the way they do.
