I had my left mirror ripped off My Truck ( it was retracted as required) The owner immediately told me it was an after market item so he really did not care, no i'm sorry, just its your fault bye.Lousy customer service and not even a good wash job. BEWARE of this place

Visited for the first time due to rave reviews. from family member. For me I came away disappointed...for $14 plus dollars I got a mechanical wash with materials that are not friendly to the finish of a automobile. there was 3 guys a at the entrance to soak the vehicle down, in my opinion one would have been sufficient. at the exit the vehicle was still wet and had residue from the wax applied still on the finish. The mirrors they turned in for the process had to be put back in place by me, the mirrors were still dirty. So for me I would advise changing the Standard Operating Procedure.

Got talked into the "Epic" wash, but what I got was was the EPIC FAIL !! I was already past sign to see what it included. It's bad enough that Coates has no one to unfold mirrors after wash, but for 18.25 They don't even wash inside of windows ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! As if that wasn't enough wheels didn't get clean. When I went back around front to see about the inside windows so wise cracking punk thought I should be saying "please" to have the mirrors unfolded. I've been faithful to Coates in Hermitage as long as they've been there, but have doubts now ! Unfortunately I'm giving a 1 star ONLY because the treatment I've received over the years in Hermitage.
