Walmart Auto Care Centers

I ordered two CD's online as Christmas gifts for in store pick up. (Approximately less than $24 dollars worth of merchandise). After working a 12 hour day and not feeling well I sent my daughter into the store with my ID, receipt, order number, credit card, and item information to collect my purchases. They refused to give her the items. So I called the store and talked to the store manager. I explained I was ill and who I was and what I needed from a customer service stand point. He also refused to let my daughter pick up my purchases. Keep in mind I already paid for the items so technically I already owned them! Anyway were suppose to celebrate Christmas tomorrow and now I have a family member who will be shorted a few gifts!!! I will go online and return the CD's. I'm not going to shop there anymore and I would highly encourage you don't either! I hope to feel well enough tomorrow to go somewhere else to buy the CD's!

Help is worthless. Don't go thourgh the self check out lanes You will wait for a person to help you every time. Just might as well wait in lines. It's faster.

great shopping here at walmart because they have everything you need form a-z. there workers are also very nice as well
