Dr. Lowe is very professional, intelligent and caring. She has the latest technology and keeps herself well informed. I believe I get a more thorough exam here than I can get anywhere else and it's much less invasive. I have been with her for about 5 years. She has helped me tremendously and has diagnosed and treated some tough problems with my children's vision. She's a proactive doctor and has given great advice for taking care of my eye health before problems start. I have confidently referred to her to many of my family and friends. All have talked highly of her as well.

Dr. Lowe is very thorough and professional. She explained each step of the examination and was very kind and caring. She fit me with the perfect contacts for my eyes!

I love Dr. Lowe as a person, but....when I went for my exam, I had to go back and forth room to room, one room for one type of exam, then back to the waiting room. Then they call you for another type of eye exam, go to a different room. Then back to waiting room. A 3rd room to actually see Dr. Lowe. Afterwards, she sent me to the back to remove my contacts to be checked. Sat in that area for a while, no one told me if I should go back to the room I was in or not after I removed the contacts, so I wandered to the front desk and asked. They told me to sit in the waiting area and someone would call me, waited again to be called and brought to a 4th room! What the heck??? I went around in a big circle from room to room twice!

Been going to Dr Lowe since I was 6 months old... I'm now 22 years old. I've been to one other optomitrist who was in fact a quack. Dr Lowe is not. Her staff is friendly, and they have a nice new facility in Niles. It's worth going and checking out for yourself. There are now multiple doctors on her staff and Theo, at the front desk, is very polite and helpful.

Every single appointment I have I am waiting and waiting, and I basically live in the hospital and have 50 doctor appointments a year, nobody makes me wait as long as this quack. Last week, I even was called back to wait in a room, and she actually went in with another patient next door and I had to hear his whole examiniation and listen her blabber about France to him. I wouldn't want someone listening on my appointment, privacy people!
