Household Appliance Sales

I ordered$43.92 worth of parts in June of 2013 on order #2028716. After about four weeks I called to see where my parts were since they already took my money. I was told they were holding shipment because one item was back ordered. But they would ship the other parts and I got them okay. The last communication from them was on September 19 when they said in an email that they would ship the missing blade out immediately. But to-date, after numerous phone calls that will not go through, as shown on site or here in the yellow pages and after repeated unanswered emails. I still have not received my other blade. It may sound petty for a $14.00 blade, but it is my money that was taken without giving me my product. That is stealing! How can people like this be in business? They won't communicate with the client either by answering the phone or answering emails. I guess the only recourse it some kind of legal action. I ABSOLUTEY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I have never been so suckered by a company in my life!! I ordered $150 of products from them and after the money was taken I never received any products or further communication! Its now been close to 2 1/2 months and I've tried calling and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have been unsuccessful in getting any further communication from the company. Never use this company!!
