        Customer Service here is pathetic...perhaps if their employees aren't interested in helping customers, like Melinda..or Arlene...that it would be advantageous for them to find other jobs ...I've always shopped here..but after today, will never spend another penny at Kohls

        Love this particular Khols because of location. Its off the beaten path and pretty quiet when i go in to shop..tho prices are sometimes outrageous, other times they have GREAT sales.
