This is what carpet cleaning should be. You call the person and say, "I want my carpets cleaned. He gives you a price you think is more than fair, he is there on time, does the job--wonderfully I might add, and charges you exactly what he quoted even though he did more than you expected. I originally went on Service Master to get a carpet cleaning referral and the guy was going to charge me twice as much, and it was going to be on his schedule, not mine. With Master's Touch, it was done on my schedule and the operator appeared to be expert at his craft. He even gave me tips for taking care of my carpet in the future. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends, and I will use this service again myself.
