        We received an estimate and then the day they were supposed to show up, no one showed up. Today, a week later when the appointment was rescheduled, same thing happened. My wife waited ALL DAY and again, no one showed up again! AWFUL customer service!

        My basement was flooding and they sent a plumber within an hour! He was clean, efficient and the price was reasonable. I will call Swanson Plumbing every time I have a plumbing problem. They are the most reliable plumbers in WNY!

        JR Swanson Plumbing is a GREAT company to deal with. From the woman who answers the telephone to the plumber who came out to fix my kitchen sink's faucet, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Their prices are reasonable, too!

        We highly recommend JR Swanson Plumbing. Are family uses them for plumbing and any furnace problems that arise. We have always had the best service and the best price. They have been around for many years. You can defiantly trust them. We always want someone we can trust to come to our house or business, Trust me they are the right choice.
