Blue United Taxi

I wish I could give them 0 star. The cab driver was rude, the cab itself was disgusting and smelled like driver's horrible perfume. The worst part was that they charge minimum $30 for credit card, and it took us like 10 minutes to get to our destination. I told him to wait for us for like 5 minutes and then he could take us to the falls (It would still cost far less than $30). The driver was like, no, you'll have to pay extra money. I was so mad and I just decided to leave.

NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!

The dispatcher is rude,the taxi driver was rude,Then charged me a flat rate when,I know for a fact that the meter is cheaper,Very unprofessional taxi service....

The most unprofessional taxi I've ever used. Called and 45 minutes passed and never saw a taxi. Called and the guy hung up on me and ignored my calls for the next 30 minutes. Terrible

No matter what they r never on time. I even have my Insurance company putting in return cabs and they still always late!!! Dispatchers need 2 b earlier with giving out times 4 pickups. I have had drivers tell me many times dispatchers giving calls at last minute.... U r business act like it & make ur clients 1st priority...

the cab drivers never on time, they always on the phone, take the longest way, they smoke while driving after you ask them to but it out.
