They think that business people don't work so hard to keep their businesses. TripAdvisor are not helpful for small businesses. They should provide the real name of the person who put the review if the review is not fake and they should send me a list of the names of the people who put a bad review of my business. I called them and tried removing my page from TripAdvisor, but they told me it's against policy. It is my business and I have the right to decide where my business can be reviewed on the internet.
