Established in 2011, Rofinka Hair Design is the culmination of many years of hard work and realization of my dream to create а salon that’s truly different. Having worked at salons in the Boston area such as Dessange Boston and CoBella, I realized I wanted to bring my own international experience, accumulated at sea working for Royal Olympic Cruiselines, in order to create a salon that was new, exciting and truly different. After viewing many different places, I finally found a location that fit my vision and aesthetic. I designed the new space keeping as much of the original structure as possible. The end result - my dream, is what you see today; a beautiful minimalistic space with a totally relaxing atmosphere and a personal touch. Throughout my career as hairstylist, I have worked with Wella Professionals and still to this day work with the brand’s products to satisfy my clients’ needs. In my work I focus on modern, stylish haircuts for women and men, different coloring techniques, such as free lights and balayage, creative and special event hairstyling, and hair straightening treatments for all types of hair. Now, after 8 years of building my business and hearing from thousands of satisfied clients, I am even more inspired to learn new trends in the modern hairdressing world. I love to keep my current customers and new ones satisfied at all times.

Alla is a master designer who prides herself on being a friendly, enthusiastic, creative stylist. She focuses on making each client smile as she gives each an individual cut and color. Alla started her career in the beauty industry in Europe. While her travels in Paris, she mastered her passion by training under French stylists. She is highly skilled in the hottest European hair styling and “Balayage.” Balayage is one of the newest techniques to hit the market that is done by free hand painting (no foils) allowing a very natural highlighting look. Alla furthered her career while training on Newbury Street in Boston and became certified in various smoothing treatments such as keratin and newest amino acid treatments. Alla strives to continue becoming certified in the latest trends and techniques. Alla also has the ability to speak fluent English and Russian to better accommodate the growing Russian community in Newton and Boston.
