The Boozy Kitchen: Deconstructed Cocktails

Who doesn't love a smashing good martini? It makes everything better. The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) knows this and throws a bone to the 'Mad Men'-obsessed with The Boozy Kitchen: Deconstructed Cocktails on a Plate, a culinary ode to the cocktail. The curriculum says it all: Red Snapper Mojito with Mint, Sugarcane, Lime, and Cracked Corn; Vodka-cured Salmon with Beets and Horseradish on Rye Bread; Tequila Braised Ribs with Coffee Barbecue Sauce... Drooling yet? The class is offered Sept. 6, 2013.

ICE offers hundreds of mouth-watering cooking classes, from basic prep skills to boot camps to multi-day technique intensives. Just a few intriguing options: Slurping Japanese Noodles; Knife Skills; Gluten-Free Picnic; Fabulous Hors d'Oeuvres for Parties Large and Small; and The Soulful Fatty Pig.
