If we start our countdown out with an Italian steak house, you know it must be good. And it is. This restaurant from Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich located at The Palazzo Hotel & Casino is half devoted to meat (the "Carne" part) and the other half to wine (the "Vino" part). Uber-carnivore Adam Perry Lang is responsible for all the organic, super-prime beef selections on the menu, which also include a Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, a Florentine Porterhouse and of course, a Filet Mignon. All cuts are rubbed lovingly with sea salt, black pepper and fresh rosemary before reaching your taste buds.
