In the last decade, this Russian-born, French-trained, ex-concert pianist has become almost synonymous with fine dining in the Pacific Northwest. One of his restaurants, Paley's Place Bistro & Bar is consistently rated a top American restaurant by Zagat while his latest, Imperial at Hotel Lucia is also generating lots of PacNo buzz. Paley is also no stranger to James Beard -- as a Winner for "Best Chef Pacific Northwest" in 2005 and Semifinalist for Outstanding Chef in 2012.
