Rock of Ages

Head bang your way back to the '80s for a night of big (and bigger) hair tossing, heavy metal licks and shirtless rock gods. The witty script and totally committed-to-self-mockery cast, belting out classics from Bon Jovi, Foreigner and Poison, make it a kitschy good time. Though the show is one of the longest-running on Broadway, it got an Aquanet boost over the summer from the Tom Cruise movie of the same name.

Disney's Mary Poppins

Lighting up Broadway for more than six years, 'Mary Poppins' umbrellas her way across the nation this year in a production that The Hollywood Reporter called, "arguably better than the classic movie."
