Michaels - The Arts & Crafts Store

This Michaels store suffers from poor service and an ill educated staff that don't know what the store sells, special promotions and offers or what day of the week it is. They do not understand their own busy seasons and when to stock up on merchandise. Poor managment leads to poor customer service but they get away with it because they are the only craft store in the area. When possible, I choose JoAnn's over this store but there are clear differences in what they stock so Michaels is lucky they have a better national selection.
