Highly recommend Fletcher Jones to lease a new Mercedes-Benz. Their dealership and is highly professional and you are not there all day, they deal with you fairly and meet your expectations. The service is great. The also have a great service department. I always lease my cars from Sheldon Ball as he is one of the best Sales Consultants.

I reside in L.A. County (Inglewood), however, I prefer the service at Fletcher Jones. My Service Advisor, John Calvert is always professional and thoughtful, keeping me abreast of the mechanical issues of my car. When picking up my car on Sat., 03/28/15, I had a bit of a setback. Traffic was extremely thick, which caused me to arrive at Fletcher Jones at 1:10 pm. By the time I got the rental checked in and made it to the Cashiers, lights were out, and the remaining two SC were walking out the door. The last gent went back to his computer and said "he'd check me out." I was so grateful and appreciative of him actions, that I cried as I drove off. What he didn't know was that I am recovering from a Stroke, and that morning was extremely difficult for me as I was not feeling well. His simple act of kindness made my heart feel better. I don't remember the young man's name, but his Clerk ID # is 501. This is why I drive almost 50 miles to FJ because of outcomes like this. . .the people.

Last weekend my Mercedes had a check up thru Fletcher Jones weekend fair, it was similar to an health fair, the customer service was excellent, I recommend other owners to experience this fair, my Mercedes was in great shape following their multipoint assessment

I was very pleased with the people as well as the service I received when I went to look and buy a new car. This was the very first time I was pleased to be purchasing a new car!!

Where do I begin.....I just purchased my very first MBZ from FJ MBZ. After visiting 5 other dealers before heading down Jamboree at the 73. From the time I walked in until the time I left they made me feel like I was the only customer there. I had the extreme honor and pleasure of working with Daniel and Tom and in finance with Andres(ask him about his dog). Tom initially worked with me showing me my options in my price range and then I worked with Daniel Di Conti to work out the details. Daniel is truly one of the most patient, professional and kindest man. I felt so comfortable and he gave me the best deal and bent over backwards answering all my crazy questions. In the end I drove off in an E350 4Matic just floating. I will be a client for life and look forward to many years of droving my car. I previously was a HUGE Volvo fan but have seen the light.
