The Dog House Pet Resort

Worst place ever!!!! They don't take care of your dogs. The owner is a liar!!! Please never take your dog here. The employee turnover rate is ridiculous.

The staff at The Dog House are all so friendly and kind. They treat the dogs like they are children! I will always bring my dog here for daycare because he has truly grown close with the people and other dogs. When I get him home after he is ready to lay down and cuddle with me while I rest. I highly suggest this wonderful place!

Wonderful facility!The staff are so kind, they treat the animals like they are thier own. It's always very clean, you would never know it was a boarding and grooming facility. The doggie day care seems to be taking off great for them! Very pleased!

I take my pet to The Dog House for grooming and boarding and wouldn't think of another place to take my my pet for his boarding and grooming needs. Grace is the best in the grooming industry. I get a lot of compliments on my dog's haircut. And the staff is wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. I know that my baby is in good hands when I have to board him. Buddy loves his playtime with the staff and looks forward to his ice cream!

Just a note of thanks to Grace and her staff for the superb care given to my boy when he is boarded. Although it's hard for me to leave him, it's a little easier knowing he is in safe and caring hands. Additional thanks to Grace for the grooming my current and former boys have received over time spanning more than 14 years. I've always realized it's a true measure of her talent when I've never failed to receive a compliment on my boys' grooms when we are out in a public place. Again, my thanks and appreciation to Grace and the Dog House staff.

So, I was extremely nervous boarding my dog, but I had to go to Dallas TX on a family emergency. I studied boarding kennels with the little time I had had. I was impressed with some of the reviews so I decided to try The Dog House. I went on a tour of the place and it is so clean and we went to the suite area (yes they have suites with beds and tvs) and the kennel people were playing with a dog and the dog look SO happy! I decided to leave my dog with them! I called numerous of times to check on my baby and the girls on the front desk were so nice and patient with me! When I went to pick up my dog he was bathed and he has skin allgeries, they used special shampoo for his itchy skin! I was so pleased with the dog house!!! I drop him off for daycare so he can spend time with his new friends!!! thanx you dog house for saving my life!

If i could give more stars for this rating i would. I recently moved to Newnan from Tampa and was very nervous about finding a groomer here. I checked out reviews and came to The Dog House. Our first appointment I came in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member, she actually took the time to find out the needs for my scottie's groom!!!! Before I could tell her to call she let me know to expect to hear from her in the afternoon. I of course got a call and went to grab my boy and to my suprise he was done EXACTLY the way I wanted it, the owner Grace was so kind and very informative. It was pretty cool having an international show judge as my groomer. Thanks again for all the hard work and making my scottie so handsome..see you guys in 6 weeks!!

This is the best grooming and boarding facility ever. Would have my baby groomed there and would board with them whenever I needed to go out of town. Love Grace and the rest of the staff and know they would take great care of my baby.
