Went to this doctor, the bill states that he did a Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy, I was only in his office 15 minutes and we had a discussion about a knot between my jaw and ear, which he thought was a swollen salava gland, I told him I had some sinus issues and he prescribed some medicine for me to take, said knot should go down in a few days, I do not recall having this Endoscopy performed. I called and disputed this but was told the doctors notes and he stated that it was performed. I was charged 658.00. They would not reduce the charge and stated I had three months to pay the bill off. Refused to negoiate with me at all. Said I signed a paper stating that I would pay within three months. Well I think they should state their charges before you sign.

Went to this doctor several months ago. During the visit he held a scope to my nose and looked inside and said my nasal passages were swollen. Gave me some medicine and told me I could go. Whole visit lasted maybe 5 minutes. I received a bill a few weeks later saying I owed $120 for a nasal endoscopy which actually cost over $350 but insurance paid some. The procedure never happened. I told the office staff that the procedure never happened and asked why I was billed for it. They said that was how they coded it and there was nothing I could do. I called insurance company and filed complaint. Insurance spoke to office staff person who said I was given anesthesia an a whole procedure was completed which was not true. To make a long story short, do not go to this doctors office! They have some kind of scam going. If insurance had paid the whole charge I would have not have known they were charging for procedures they did not do. Beware.
