Brandi is the best! She has been cutting my sons' hair as well as mine for years. It always looks fantastic!

I write this hoping to warn other's about Whitney. She ruined my hair right before Thanksgiving 08. I asked for her to just touch up my roots, and highlights, and give me a trim on my haircut (that I loved before she touched it). I left there with ashy hair that was falling out in the salon, and a hair cut that looked like my 6 year old cut. The back was jagged and uneven. I had no idea I was so vain till this, and I cried for days.



She clearly knew I was upset in the salon, since I freaked out and asked her, "Is that my HAIR falling out???!@@" She said, "Yes but it's only falling out in this one spot". It continued to break off and fall out for a week at home before it stopped. Now my hair is broken off all over and looks frizzy unless it's flat ironed. She offered to recolor my hair (as if I would let her ruin my hair again) but did not even offer to not charge me. I think that was very unprofessional. A true professional would have acknowledged their mistake, not charged, and recommended someone else to fix it (since she clearly didn't know what she was doing.)



She also cut my two sons hair, both of which turned out terrible. My son with curly hair, you couldn't tell as bad because the curls hid the bad, lopsided, cut but my son with straight hair looked terrible. I should have just told her nevermind after I saw what she did to his hair before she cut mine.



The salon has a big sign up by the register stating, "NO REFUNDS". I'm thinking they must have a lot of unhappy customers that want a refund after their hair is ruined, and must need that sign. Most salon's don't need a "no refund" sign by the register.
