Horrible customer service! When I switched to another company, I was supposed to get a refund of over $500. It has been over 3 months and still no refund. I have called the company several times over those 3 months and have dealt with poor/rude customer service. I have been told my money will be in the mail shortly, 4-6 weeks, and now 8-12 weeks a check will be cut and in the mail to me. Seriously? They expect prompt payment, but want to give me my money 12 weeks after they picked up my full tank? Do NOT use this company. I am filing and voicing my complaints all over the internet so this will not happen to you.
