Tredora Salon & Spa

Came in with blonde hair , asked for rose gold / strawberry blonde , left the salon grey and purple and paid $50 for my haircut. We mutually agreed I’d go back to get it fixed 5 days later . I called that afternoon to relay that I had no intention on paying for this visit since they screwed my hair up . Well that obviously was not okay . The manager never once called or apologized to me for completely screwing up my hair , especially considering that I was so calm about the whole thing. I did not end up paying for my hair to be fixed but it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon.

As soon as I walked in 5 girls were at the desk and just glared at me along with my hairstylist Debenese. The only time in 3 hours she spoke to me was to tell me to lean back, go back to the chair, etc. before the manager, Laura left she came over to tell me she thinks I’ll like what she’s doing and I told her I had no idea what she was doing at this point because she didn’t tell me. Needless to say it was a TERRIBLE experience and if they would have been professional or at least showed some compassion for turning my hair PURPLE I would have gone back , but the complete lack of respect on every levels has motivated me to blast them on every review site I can find .

@ Anonymous R. It's amazing that as the owner something as serious as that was NEVER brought to my attention, you stated I wasn't apologetic? If this was a real incident or there was a real problem I would've done whatever I could've to rectify it provided we were the cause of the problem, our consults are EXTREMELY thorough and benefits, results, prices and challenges are all brought to our clients attention prior to any service, assuming we are being told about all previous color, relaxer ect. we made a educated decision that is mutually agreed on. This is how we have continued to thrive in our business for 13 years! And thank you to all of our loyal guests we couldn't do it without you XO

I ended up losing over 6 inches of my hair due to chemical damage, not to mention over $600. I regret going to tredora everytime I see my hair in the mirror. I was told by multiple other hair stylists that it was because at my last couple of sessions that the chemicals were left on my hair for too long! Owner didn't seem to be all that apologetic. Due to my constant reminder of a HUGE loss and damage on multiple levels, I've contemplated a lawsuit.
