        I was so hurt the way that the...

        I was so hurt the way that the manager talk to me. I was just asking for a discount for being put in a non-smoking room when i ask for a smoking room. Her comments was i didn't not make you go outside and smoke. So, i responded with i asked for a smoking room. She responded with i could have asked you to leave; i responded i would have to leave for your mistake. she responded with i let you check in early. I responded okay i did not ask for that but thank you anyway.

        now, how i could have been handle in a very much nice way, would have been okay i am sorry for any inconvience and i will offer you a discount or may i can offer you a earlier check in time or a later check out time. as a manger you are the last resort stay pleasant as possible at all times. you want to leave a good taste for the customer.
