I was introduced to One Time by visiting a friend and saw the One Time truck in front of her house. I waited for the repairmen to come out to ask him about central air installation. He took time to walk me through the process and explain the "hows" and "whys" I asked of him - I was very impressed. I'm even more impressed since the work has been completed.
