These guys took away the onions from the salad bar and refused to give onions and lemon when requested..Not only that the new guy is really harsh in giving the answer...
I asked him ""Can I have some Onion and Lemons Please?""...get what the answer was...No.
Waiter: Oh! we are busy??
Me: I can pay? Ofcourse, I paid for the Onions($1)...Any Indian restaurant would be happy to serve with Onion and Lemon wherever you like(Ofcourse, Indian food tastes good with that). Shalimar, Pakwan, Masala Grill,....every Indian restaurant keeps Onion and Lemons in Salad bars for free.....
Me: Can I talk to the Manager?
Manager: Sir, sorry the waiter doesn't know English...
Me: How can he answer NO if he doesn't understand my question?
Manager: He is new..
Me: So, you guys didn't train him how to talk to customers???
Manager: My apologies...
Me: You must get nice people..
Manager: We are not finding people...
These restaurants employ waiters for cheap bucks but they don't realize that they are loosing valuable customer for a buck or two... The management is least bothered... Manager was right there when all the episode happened and pretend that nothing happened...
BTW, I have been going to Newark location since it began.... They just lost a customer....Ofcourse, I will miss it too but I don't want to go to a place where I am not respected.....

I talked to the so called Manager(not sure if this guy is really the manager) but he said that the guy is new and cannot understand English..
I use to frequent this place for dinner. I love their garlic naan and their chicken tikki masala. The employees are very nice and friendly. The food always comes hot, fresh, and fast. They have free refills on their sodas. The restaurant is very clean as well.
