Please Don't do business with this company!!!
I am sorry but I have a real problem with anyone who doesn't honor their own exchange policy and takes advantage of young children. I had a grandmother contact me to ask me help resolve an issue with Basic I, Basic 2, and Basic Plus (all owned by the same person)
When Her 9 yr old grandson who really doesn't know much better then what is told to him by the sells clerks, this young man was sweet enough to do business with this company by buying a pair of shoes for his mother for mothers day, the store told the young man that he has 7 days to exchange the shoes but there is no refund for the shoes, a day later the mother tries on the shoes only to find out that one shoe was bigger then the other so the grandmother went into this store to ask them to exchange the shoes and they refused to do so within the 7 days they told the young man he had .. "she didn't ask for a refund she simply asked them to exchange the shoes"..
I strongly think you and your friends should all refuse to do business with this store and tell anyone you know until they stop taking advantage of our young kids who are simply trying to make their mothers feel appreciated!
