Walked in to take a look, not even knowing that they have placed a Radioshack on 116th. Store was kind of busy at the time, but with much courtesy, a sales associate by the name of Stevie I believe, had told me that he'd be right with me soon as he had the chance and had finished with the customers he was first helping. Once he was available, he had genuinely apologized for the wait and had then asked me, how could've been he to some assistance to me.. I told him that I had been a first time shopper at the store, and from there we had a genuine conversation on how some people are still figuring out about how their store had been recently located in the area.. I later spoke to him about a small interest I had in upgrading to a new phone.. And without beinga pushy sales associate like you would find in any other retail store, he sincerely explained the benefits of the latest phones the store offered, and the benefits on how Radioshack might be the ideal place for me to upgrade my phone.. He then gracefully offered 15 dollars in coupons that he had sent me through email, and seeing that I wasn't ready to purchase the phone, he had handed me a business card, explaining to me that when ever I was ready I can easily come to the store and he would be there to assist and help me further with getting the right phone and products that I might need. Great customer experience, and showed that he valued my entry with in the store. Definitely coming back to that store where I'm acknowledged with knowledgeable associates. Keep up the good work Radioshack 116 with great employees like that!
How can these Filipino Illegal Aliens be Encouraged & Induced to Reside in the United States when they have been residing in the US way before they even met me??? by Evelyn Sineneng-Smith On July 30, 2013, I was found guilty of inducing and encouraging 3 (THREE) Filipino illegal aliens, Oliver Galupo, Amelia Guillermo and Hermansita Esteban, to reside in the United States. Oliver Galupo was already residing and working in a care home when he came to our office in 2006 and did not even show up at the trial. It is now 2013. Amelia Guillermo already obtained her Labor Certification and an approved 1-140 Petition by her employer, and has been residing in the United States since 2002. It is now 2013. Hermansita Esteban likewise already obtained her Labor Certification and has a pending 1-140 Petition by her employer, and has been residing in the United States since 2002. It is now 2013. Amelia Guillermo & Hermansita Esteban testified that but for me, they would have returned back to the Philippines when they have been working and residing here before even meeting me! They have been working under-the-table to the detriment of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. I made their identities known to the Federal Government. So how can I induce and encourage them to stay in the United States! They themselves made that decision way before they even met me.
Just after the expiration of 3 years warranty, the computer screen became black with a message of HDD Hard Error. At first, I didn't know what happened. I called Microsoft. The operator told me that I had 3 choices first go to a repair shop, second go to Internet and research what the message means, third pay $59 to talk to a technician in Microsoft. I selected the third one. The technician asked me to turn on again. I told him what the message was and I tried that twice before I called. But anyway I turned on. My computer boosted up. It seemed my computer ran again. In one second, I spent $59 without no instructions. As soon as Internet was available, I researched a HDD Hard Error. Apparently it was a hard disk problem. Microsoft said that they would help until the problem was solved. I sent a message to Microsoft, of course no reply. I am idiot. That why I went to Computer Overhauls. Actually they did a really good job. Not only did they handle my desperate emotion, but also they fixed my computer in 2 days with perfect service. I truly appreciate their effort. Thank you so much. I am very happy now.
