Swifto Dog Walking

When I moved to Inwood, I was so glad to hear that Swifto services this area too. It was one thing that stayed constant in our lives, when everything else had changed. I work as a doctor, and my schedule changes often. Swifto is able to accommodate my changing schedule, at no extra charge, which I love.

I also love their website, and how easy it is to schedule or delete walks. I just wish their website was mobile friendly already…

My neighbor uses Swifto, and doesn’t stop talking about how great they are. Finally, I decided to give them a try too, and boy am I happy I did so. This was over a year ago, and since then I use them twice a day, 7 days a week to walk my German Shephard. He’s so high energy, and I never really had enough time to provide him with the exercise he needs. Ever since I’ve started using them, he became so happy and relaxed. His behavior changed too, he used to be nervous around other dogs, but now he’s so friendly and comfortable. I can’t thank Swifto and my walker Brittany enough!

I’ve never thought I’ll be able to trust someone with my dog, until I met my Swifto walker Ryan. He took such good care of my puppy, and kept me in the loop with every single detail of the walk. I’ve moved to New Jersey, and so can no longer use them. I can’t wait for them to expand here too…

I don’t have a doorman in my building, and so key exchanges with the walkers can be quite difficult. Swifto, however, is so professional with handling that, and allows me to schedule walks sporadically, while they handle all the key exchanges behind the scenes. Every dog walker I met so far has been so loving and caring, and I love how they’re all college educated!

My walker, Kate, shows up to walk my dog Lucy every day at exactly the same time. Swifto texts me when the dog walk starts (and when it ends), and I’ve had my walker Kate for 3 years now, since Lucy was a puppy. Not only is Kate punctual, and responsible, she’s also extremely caring and loving, and always notices even the slightest things about Lucy’s behavior.

With other dog walking companies, walkers just didn’t show up, or would arrive hours after the scheduled walk time. With Swifto, however, they’re always punctual, and always walk for the full duration I paid for. Yes, they’re a tad more expensive than other dog walking companies, but they’re worth every penny.

Swifto is like a dream come true. I’ve had such terrible dog walkers beforehand, that I started being hesitant about using a dog walker altogether. When I met my walker, Robin, I was really reassured, you can tell how much Robin loves dogs, and what a professional she is. I also love getting the notifications when the dog walks start and end, and being able to see the GPS route. It reassures me that my pup is really being cared for.

All their dog walkers are college educated, which is quite reassuring knowing how complicated some of my instructions can be… They follow them to the dot, and really take good care of my Poodle, Winter.

My dog, Charlie, and I, love Swifto. I wasn’t able to find another dog walking service who is able to accommodate early morning or late evening walks, and Swifto not only accommodates that, but doesn’t charge anything extra for that either. I also love the flexibility with scheduling, and how I can add or delete walks as needed, without having to stick to a set schedule.

I love how I can schedule walks online without having to call every time I need a dog walker. Every dog walker I’ve had so far has been extremely professional and knowledgeable about dogs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my pup.

I love Swifto! I desperately needed someone trustworthy to walk my girl Jada while I'm at work during the day. The people at Swifto are amazing! My dog has regularly scheduled walks during the week, and they've even been able to accommodate a few last-minute evening walks when I've had to work late. I love their app and how I can see where Jada has been walked, and the fact that they send a picture from each walk. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dog walking service. Five stars!!!

I have been using Swifto since moving my dog to NYC from California. Apt living was quite the adjustment and having a dog walker was going to be a whole new experience for my dog. Then, I heard about Swifto. It was fast and easy to set up the 'Meet and Greet' with the walker. The match they selected for my dog was perfect! Being a bully breed and having some minor leash issues Matt is a great candidate to handle the job!

I have been using Swifto Dog Walking for the past year. Easily the best service for dog walking in NYC. Our most recent walker, Jesse, was fantastic with our dog. She would sit by the door every day with tail wagging waiting for Jesse to arrive. Jesse was the best walker we've had for our dog to date and it was as a result of a great find by Swifto. Would recommend Jesse and Swifto to all pet owners in NYC.

I have lived in Manhattan for over 20 years & have two adorable senior French Bulldogs with allergies and many special needs. Throughout the years we have had numerous dog walkers and have used so many dog walking agencies & absolutely none even come close to Swifto. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Swifto is amazing. Adam is fantastic with our Cavaliers, especially as one of them is a rescue and a bit leash-aggressive. He goes above and beyond with staying in contact and helping look after our new puppy. The updates are fantastic and I even get specially posed photos. My favorite is getting texts like "Jinja has pooped" while I'm in meetings. Super easy to reschedule or get a walker at last minute. Love it.

Sallie has been my walker for a long time now and she treats Tinkerbell as if she is one of her own. She's one of the most caring walkers I've ever had. Tink truly loves her! Sallie is great with last minute schedule changes and has always been so attentive and concerned when Tink has had a few vet visits for minor complications.

I've been using this service for the past few months and I'm very satisfied. I love the pictures I get every walk, and I love being able to track the walk real time. The company is excellent about getting back to you and super quick about scheduling the walks as needed. Our walker Chris is really great and I highly recommend him.

I am very pleased with Swifto's service and dog walkers. Our regular dog walker is phenomenal and so are the cover walkers we had so far. We have a nanny cam in the apartment to watch our dog during the day and I get to see how the walkers interact and treat my dog. They are all absolutely dog people, and they treat my dog just as I would. The walkers are punctual, responsible, and professional. Their customer service is attentive and pleasant.
