I've worked in this neighborhood for three years, and when I first joined my agency, I was looking for a decent deli, diner or sandwich shop in the area. I was thrilled when I found Sunberry. Fast forward three years, and I have to say, I am going to be looking for a new go-to place for lunch.
The food - when it's fresh - is pretty tasty. But the last several times I have eaten here over the last six months, the food I have gotten has ranged from bad (as in not fresh but sour, needs to be thrown away and never served) to frozen (yes, I actually received a salad that was frozen once). I used to love the fact that you can order online, but lately the service is terrible. Food shows up late, and sometimes not at all (apparently they have had issues with the system ""losing orders."") My general experience when I call the restaurant is that the staff is pretty short with me and can't be bothered to find out why my order is an hour late or why my food is sour.
I am genuinely disappointed to say that Sunberry's quality had declined and I won't be ordering from here any more.
