        Overall

        Mark and the team are great! I have been taking my Audi A3 to them for years. We travel back and forth between NYC and Cape Cod so the car gets lots of wear and tear. Mark has been fair and reasonable with maintenance needs and keeping the car in prime condition. Isabelle is lovely and I feel they have my best interest in mind.

        Mark and Steve at Steve and Francine's represent the best that New York City has to offer in terms of auto repair. They are honest, diligent, thoughtful, and most importantly, highly expert when it comes to keeping older cars (and newer ones) on the road. My '99 Chrysler Plymouth minivan continues to run smoothly and reliably in its old age due to the quality and thoroughness of their diagnostic and repair work which, by the way, is always estimated beforehand and priced fairly.
