Coffee is wonderful. Service can be unprofessional and I question their pricing practices. I placed a website order only to find out AFTER i was charged and coffee was delivered, that prices had gone up 15%-30% (on my order vs the website prices). When i called the store they said that prices had gone up. I could possibly believe this but 3 weeks after i placed the order the website prices still did not reflect any increase. When i stopped in their store i did NOT see any of the higher prices that i was charged either. This seems somehow dishonest to the customer, does it not?
