I can't believe I didn't read the reviews before I went here. My sister and I were scammed by a guy on the street selling the "spa day" packages.
1. He tells you you'll be able to spend the whole day in the salon getting your hair done, facial, massage, wax, etc. but you get to the salon and they tell you you can only do one service at a time and you have to make an appointment for he other services (we were on vacation, so, um, no).
2. My appointment was at noon, and I wasn't acknowledged until almost 12:30.
3. I was offered a treatment on my hair for 45% off while I was sitting in the salon chair (by Albert, we'll get to him later) so he tells me it will be $15. When I was leaving, he tells me I owe him $250 for the treatment and when I told him that's not what he told me, he tells me, "ok, it'll only be $200 for you" THEN proceeds to disappear. I had to call my sister to come pay my bill (she had already finished) and I received no apology whatsoever from anybody.
4. Lets talk about Albert. He seemed nice enough. I think it's very rude when two people speak in a foreign language next to me if they can both obviously speak my language. Why else would they be talking in a different language unless it was something about me? So that made me uneasy. I basically spoke to my sister the whole time (who was in the chair next to mine) until she left because she got started before I did. Literally two minutes after my sister had left, Albert asks me if I have a boyfriend. I assumed he was just making conversation, but when I told him no and I have a girlfriend(I'm a female), he proceeded to ask if we ever bring any men into the bedroom. Now I'm not a prude by any means, but those types of comments should be left at the bar where creeps are expected, not at this "high end" salon that charges $800 for a haircut.
5. The salon is not clean at all. Every corner was caked in dust and old hair and the entire placed smelled like burnt hair.

Upon reading the reviews, I should have known better. A $300 mistake ill never be making again!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was approached in by a promoter on the street and offered to be "pampered". First of all, all the services cannot be done on one day and when i went in to get my hair done the hair stylist "washed my hair" which literally felt like a child was trying to scrub the crown of my head. she immediately pointed out all flaws with my hair (which i will admit was in pretty bad shape) she also immediately starts offering me hair products and asked multiple times if I wanted to get my hair dyed, I denied all extra services and it was like she automatically shut off the "niceness". She cut my hair, which was nice, but the blow dry was horrible, there was an insane amount of frizz (and i do do have unmanageable hair).
Bottom line i would not recommend this salon to anyone.

What I initially thought was a...

What I initially thought was a pretty good Groupon deal, turned out to be one of my biggest disappointments and worst experiences at a hair salon. I opted for the basic deal package, which included a haircut, blow-dry, and style. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I met with the stylist within five minutes after signing in. She seemed nice at first and I even complimented her on her hair style which was similar, but a short version of what I wanted done.

As soon as I sat in the chair, the stylist began pushing on additional deals onto my package which were doubled the price I originally paid. I was nice and simply stated that I wanted the basic cut and style package I had chosen and that I may come back in the future for additional work. After I rejected her offers, she started being extremely rude and annoyed with me telling her what I wanted done.

I asked for a trim to the layers I already had and a simple style adding volume and wave to the layers. The stylist told me that she will need to use the curling iron to style and an additional charge of $40 will be added. My package already included a style without any specification for additional charges therefore, I was about to be dragged into any supplementary charges. I didn’t want to continue arguing, so I just let her blow dry my hair. After this whole ordeal, the stylist ripped off the cape with much more force than needed and stomped out of the room.

Overall, I’m disappointed that I did not receive the full package deal I signed up for. The service was awful. And, the stylist was rude and very unprofessional. I would never go back to this salon even if I were offered a free deal. Frankly speaking, I’m surprised this place still operates. However, with the services they offer and the lack of manners and professionalism, I would not be surprised to see them go out of business very soon.

I hope nobody leaves this salo...

I hope nobody leaves this salon feeling as bad as I did but they sure do know how to make you feel like dirt. The whole point of going to a "High End" salon is to leave with a great style and feeling beautiful. Not so with this place. BEWARE!
