HORRIBLE FRACTIONAL LASER RESURFACING

PLEASE DO NOT GET FRACTIONAL LASER RESURFACING at Randee Elaine!!!! These people have no idea what they are doing!!! It's now called Spa Jolie or something... potayto potahto, same place. If you get fractional here, expect your skin to be greatly altered... in a BAD way. I should've done more research, but I really didn't expect such horrific results. They tell you that you can go back to work immediately, but by the morning after the procedure--- my face was swollen like a watermelon and I looked like a burn victim for about 1 week (I followed post procedure directions- apply humatrix 4x per day). I wasn't advised that there are more risks for darker skinned people. I have a bad case of hyperpigmentation, my skin has a million little holes from the pin pricks, my skin is sagging, my eyes hurt whenever I'm out in the sun, I have more scars than I had before, there's fat atrophy (my face looks lopsided because one cheek has more fat loss than the other)... the list goes on and on. I look about 10 years older. I feel like crying every time I look in the mirror. They rush you into treatment after signing some waiver, so it's not like you can go ahead and sue them for damages, pain and suffering. I was advised that my pores would become tighter and lines would become less noticeable. It's been over a month and still I look awful :*( PLEASE DO NOT RUIN YOUR FACE. Learn from my mistake!

Best Manicure
I have been all over the world and in my travels I have had many manicures. There is a manicurist there who is incredible. Her name is Ida,(Hida I think is the full name). She is a young woman who takes her time, smiles, and really cares about what she is doing. I highly recommend her.

Unhappy
I am unhappy with the company because I brought my friend there for a day at the spa, which included a waxing. My friend has a mole that she has had in previous waxing with no problems, but her beautician had riped it by waxing it even though she told her it was there and to be careful. I was happy with my service, but it caused my friend to bleed terribly and have a horrible day. I wrote the store and wanted some kind of refund. They would only give me a store credit, but I can not use this when I was only there on vacation. All I asked for was $20 in some form when the wax was $29. I feel I did not ask much, and feel they are not returning my courteous response to this situation.
